Mohamed Ahmed
Operations Director
Mohamed is passionate about fostering a sense of community in the work that he does. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Augsburg University, he joined Safeway Home Healthcare to further expand his skill set and work with a team of dedicated providers in the healthcare field.
Mohamed believes providing care for the loved ones of various families is not only fulfilling but also an opportunity to collaborate alongside other professionals who are seeking to make a difference in people’s lives.
As part of his role, Mohamed oversees the management of several services to ensure personalized home care services are met. Mohamed is deeply invested in providing clients with adequate care and looks forward to contributing to the growth of Safeway Home Healthcare home care services.
Asma Galab
ARMHS Program Director

With over a decade devoted to mental and behavioral health, Asma epitomizes a profound dedication to service, exemplified in her current role as ARMHS Program Director.
Grounded in her undergraduate studies in Public Health, Psychology, and Public Policy, Asma’s quest for knowledge persists through her enrollment in the Master of Social Work Program at the University of Western New Mexico. This academic bedrock enriches her practical acumen, facilitating the seamless integration of theory into her endeavor.
As a practitioner, educator, administrator, and advocate, Asma’s multifaceted experience positions her in progressive leadership roles. She leveraged these opportunities in developing transformative community programs, secured vital grant funding, and contributed to impactful research, resulting in valuable publications.

Mustafa Kalelioglu
Senior Digital Marketing Officer
With over 25 years of experience in designing brand identities and creating engaging digital experiences for various multinational companies in Europe and the USA, Mustafa Kalelioglu brings a wealth of expertise to every project.
He studied at Istanbul Technical University and the University of Memphis, enriching his understanding of technology, design, and business. Mustafa, a published writer, offers valuable insights and has won multiple design awards. He holds certificates in Google Digital Marketing Fundamentals and sales and marketing.
Fluent in three languages, Mustafa has a keen interest in different cultures, human psychology, and advanced communication skills, uniquely positioning him at Safeway to deliver exceptional results. He is dedicated to providing his services to Safeway Home Healthcare, combining creativity with strategic thinking to drive success.

Director Of Housing Stabilization Services

With a degree in business and strategic leadership, Roy combines his academic knowledge with practical experience to drive meaningful change and deliver results.

He leverages his expertise in strategy and management to lead a team dedicated to providing personalized, effective support to those in need. HR Specialist

With a master’s degree in physics, double bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and education, and a certification as an associate in project management, Ashwini brings a unique blend of analytical prowess, educational insight, and project management finesse to their role.
As an HR personnel, Ashwini’s expertise extends to talent acquisition, employee engagement, process creation, managing offshore teams, and ensuring seamless payroll administration. Beyond their professional capacities, Ashwini is also a wellness advocate, leveraging their passion as a wellness instructor to instill holistic well-being practices within the workplace.

Sarah Richardson
245D Program Director
Sarah passion for healthcare derives from seeing her brother almost pass away in Liberia due to multiple wound injuries from the Civil War in Liberia. This war left her brother paralyzed from the waist down. Multiple wounds formed and became infected, and Sarah stepped in to provide care. Seeing the impact this left on her brother’s life she made it her life’s mission to be part of providing quality care.
Sarah has a decade plus experience working in healthcare and 4 years working in a managerial role. She is driven by fostering change and providing safe and quality care to all individuals served. Sarah has worked in various healthcare settings including assisted living, home care, and group homes. Sarah’s greatness joy comes from seeing individuals served thriving and establishing independence in their lives.
Away from work Sarah enjoys running her own nonprofit Bags Of Hope. This organization serves the homeless population with toiletries, food, and water. Sarah also enjoys creating educational videos about resources within the community for those battling homelessness.
Amare Solomon
Founder & CEO
Amare Solomon is the Founder and CEO of Safeway Home Healthcare, a successful home care organization that provides exceptional care to their clients. With over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Amare started as a Medical Technologist before founding Safeway Home Healthcare. Under Amare’s leadership, the organization has flourished, expanding its services, forming strategic partnerships, and investing in innovative solutions and a team of compassionate caregivers.
Amare places great emphasis on the recruitment and retention of highly qualified and caring professionals who share his vision of enriching lives through personalized home care services. Billing Specialist
Shyam has an experience of over 18 years as a Billing Analyst, Data Analyst, and Automation Specialist across multiple Industries. After working with renowned Billing Organizations for more than a decade, he joined Safeway Home Healthcare to further expand his skill set and work with a team of professionals in the healthcare field.
He has a proven track record in delivering exceptional results to clients internationally, working across various industries such as Banking, Telecom, Fintech, and Insurance. He is also a technical Instructor and has trained & mentored over 20+ professionals.
As part of his role, Shyam oversees the Billing, Analytics, Automation, and Technology Optimization of the Organization. Shyam is deeply invested in Optimization & Transformation and looks forward to contributing to the growth of Safeway Home Healthcare home care services.
